Deposits &amp; Prepayments:<ul><li>Low &amp; Mid Season: A deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged upon check-in.</li><li>Peak Season (end-of-year school holidays and Easter): A deposit of $500 is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged to your nominated credit card 7 days prior to arrival, unless alternative arrangements have been made.</li></ul> Payments:Full payment is due on check-in. By making a booking, guests authorise the resort to charge the provided credit card for any outstanding amounts. Cancellation Policy:Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will result in the forfeiture of the deposit during Low &amp; Mid season. You may be asked to provide a credit card “pre-authorization” as a security deposit on arrival which will then may be used to cover any incidental items, breakages or damage incurred during your stay. Services Provided:We provide housekeeping and linen service for guests staying 7 nights or more, during which a mid-service clean will occur on or around the middle of your stay.
