TERMS & CONDITIONS by making a booking & paying a deposit you automatically agree to them.
Checking In and Checking Out:
Check in time: From 2pm
Check out time: Before 10am

Monday to Friday: 8:30am-4:00pm
Saturday: 8:30am-11:00am
After-Hours Check-In:
We are happy to provide after-hours service. Please inform us in advance if you will be arriving late, and we will provide detailed check-in instructions.
Deposits & Prepayments:
- Low & Mid Season: A deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged upon check-in.
- Peak Season (end-of-year school holidays and Easter): A deposit of $500 is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged to your nominated credit card 7 days prior to arrival, unless alternative arrangements have been made.
Payments:
Full payment is due on check-in. By making a booking, guests authorise the resort to charge the provided credit card for any outstanding amounts.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will result in the forfeiture of the deposit during Low & Mid season. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days during Peak season or for Early departures.
- All additional guests must register.
- No refund for early departures.
- All apartments are NON-SMOKING.
- Please report any damages or breakages immediately, charges may apply (Subject to discretion of management).
- No Alcohol, glass or crockery is to be brought to the pool area, all apartments are supplied with plasticware.
- All guests and visitors must comply with Coolum Beach Resort body corporate by-laws.
- In consideration of other guests, outdoor noise must cease by 9pm and indoors by 10pm.
- Please maintain driveway speed at 10km or less
- Understand that the Body Corporate, Managers & Unit Owners shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or destruction to any personal property/motor vehicle brought upon these premises by a guest or invitee.
- All guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to keys, and additional charges may apply.
- Additional cleaning charges may apply (subject to management discretion) if apartment is not left in a reasonable manner.

- Coolum Eden Beach Resort or it's subsidiary Sunshine & Hammer Pty Ltd is not liable for any injuries caused by use of hire equipment, and I acknowledge liability for any damage to the hired equipment.
- Coolum Beach Resort has a no party policy - No Schoolies.
- Pets: No pets allowed
Identification & Security:
Please provide a photo ID and your credit card at check-in to ensure that your identity matches the booking identity. A record and/or copy of this photo ID may be retained to minimize the risk of fraudulent credit card usage and for verification purposes with your credit card provider in the event of disputation. You may be asked to provide a credit card “pre-authorization” as a security deposit on arrival which will then may be used to cover any incidental items, breakages or damage incurred during your stay.
Services Provided:
We provide housekeeping and linen service for guests staying 7 nights or more, during which a mid-service clean will occur on or around the middle of your stay.
NOTE: If extra servicing is required additional charges apply.
